A native of Washington, D.C., Lynn Ollie is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a B.F.A. in Apparel Design.
From Rhode Island, Lynn traveled to New York City working as a clothing designer for such companies as Old Navy, DDC Lab and Macy’s.
Lynn has always been fascinated by the ways in which clothing communicates to others who we are. Costume design stood out as an excellent way to explore that phenomena and while in New York, Lynn began her transition from clothing design to costumes.
In 2003 she moved to Los Angeles where she continues working in costumes for film, television and commercials. Lynn has been fortunate to contribute to television shows such as Mad Men and Glee and films including The Great Gatsby, Batman v. Superman, and Space Jam 2.
Her most recent design credits include the film The Man In My Basement, starring Corey Hawkins and Willem Dafoe.
